1. **Permanence of Services**

   Permanent makeup involves processes that are irreversible once applied. Unless a removal service is done which may require more than one session. The pigments are implanted into the skin and cannot be returned or removed like typical cosmetic products.

2. **Customization of Services**

   Each permanent makeup application is custom-tailored to the individual preferences and unique facial features of our clients. This highly personalized service prevents us from offering refunds as we cannot reuse or resell the service.

3. **Time and Labor Intensive**

   The application of permanent makeup requires considerable time, effort, and expertise from our skilled artists. Significant resources are dedicated to preparing for each procedure, including consultation, design, and application.

4. **Material Use**

   Each procedure involves the use of materials and products that are ordered and prepared specifically for each client. These materials cannot be reused or repurposed for another client due to hygiene and quality standards.

5. **Immediate Outcome and Healing Process**

   The results of permanent makeup may vary depending on each client's skin type, care routine, and adherence to post-procedure instructions. Since the final outcome is also influenced by the individual healing process, or previous cosmetic work outside of Vive Brow Studio, we cannot predict or guarantee perfect results for everyone. 

6. **Informed Consent**

   Every client is required to sign an informed consent form, which outlines the risks and realities of permanent makeup. This ensures that all clients have a clear understanding of what to expect and accept the inherent uncertainties of such procedures.

- **No refunds will be issued once the procedure has commenced.**

- In the event of dissatisfaction, we offer a follow-up consultation to discuss possible solutions, such as adjustments or touch-ups, which may be provided at the discretion of Vive Brow Studio.

- Clients are encouraged to discuss all concerns during the initial consultation to ensure alignment with the planned outcome.
